How to Obtain a Quote
Instructions for Obtaining Quotes and Placing Purchase Orders:
- For product and pricing information, email team@steeltoad.com or contact Julie Sheehan at 8333-333-8623.
- When generating an order form, reference the DIR contract number DIR-CPO-5924.
- SteelToad will provide a written response to any order form issued by the DIR Customer, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the contract.
- Email your order and quote form to your SteelToad representative.
- The order form must be signed by authorized representatives of both the Customer and SteelToad.
Pricing
Every environment differs in complexity, alignment goals, size, and regulatory or compliance requirements. Once we connect and discuss your organization’s specific needs, our team will prepare and deliver a fixed-price quotation within 24 hours for your review.
Warranty & Returns
SteelToad warrants that all project deliverables and services purchased, performed, or provided will be executed in a competent, diligent manner by highly skilled professionals, in alignment with applicable industry standards and as outlined in the project-based proposal for the organization’s project.
The Customer must notify SteelToad in writing of any deficiencies or nonconformities in the project deliverables within 180 days of project delivery and closure.
SteelToad’s warranty commitment is to work closely and collaboratively with your team to support a successful outcome at every stage of the engagement.
